Oldham Pride line-up announced

As we start to see the light at the end of the tunnel, many organisations across Greater Manchester have been working hard to ensure that they still put on some great events this year to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community.
June traditionally marks Pride month, but like many other events, Oldham will be celebrating in July instead due to ongoing coronavirus restrictions.
The planned line-up:
  • Wednesday 21 July – Riot Act at Oldham Coliseum, 7:30 pm (ticketed event)
  • Friday 23 July – Queer Cabaret at Oldham Coliseum Friday, 7:30pm (ticketed event)
  • Saturday 24 July – All day entertainment and DJs at The George Tavern + ‘Shade’ open-air dance performance (free) in Parliament Square & George Square.
  • Sunday 25 July – picnic in the park + 6.30 pm ecumenical Pride Service in Oldham Parish Church
