Celebrate International Men’s Health Week virtually

From 13th-19th June, it’s International Men’s Health Week which raises awareness of male health issues all over the world.

The Royal Voluntary Service are hosting a Virtual Village Hall, dedicating a week to supporting men’s mental and physical wellbeing.

There’s a varied and supportive programme of content to tap into, with inspiring stories from men who have faced major life and health challenges.

Experts will be on hand with practical advice and lived experiences, and there are mindful activities to soothe and support mind and body, like yoga, meditation, cooking and crafts.

Dr Alex George will be hosting a special session dedicated to mental health on Wednesday 15 June whilst celebrity chef Matthew Pritchard will also make an appearance, showing you how to cook a vegan pie!

You can either tune in live or catch up later.
