“Manchester’s coolest” over 50s club night returns

My Generation are putting on another evening of music and dancing on Sunday July 17 in Manchester City Centre, just for those over 50.

The evening will bring both “classic tunes” and “modern tracks” influenced by the sounds of the 50s and 60s.

The My Generation club night offers a relaxed friendly atmosphere which invites regular clubbers and new faces.

Five piece Merseybeat band ‘Searchin’ will also be there to make sure everyone is up on the dance floor.

The band have been together for 16 years and have played all over the North West and Europe with authentic instruments to create that “sixties vibe”.

Happy hour, free pizza and a prize draw are also on the cards.

It will be hosted at Matt and Phreds bar on Tib Street, Manchester, with tickets going for £10 (seating inclusive) or £5 standing tickets, plus booking fees.

Doors open at 7pm (happy hour) and live music will commence from 8:30pm.

Our team have attended one of the events before and it was very well received!
